Swedish Massage
The classic Swedish massage incorporates long fluid strokes of varying depth and
pressure to enhance the body's natural functioning. It improves muscle tone,
circulation and joint flexibility.
Reflexology
The ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage (usually on the
feet, hands and ears) to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. By using
pressure on these points the therapist can help eliminate toxins, relax the entire
body, and stimulate the healthy functioning of internal organs.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is a more intensive form of Swedish massage that releases chronic
patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on
contracted areas. Due to the release of toxins during this massage, you may feel
some discomfort and should feel better 2 days after your appointment.
Sports Massage
The must-have treatment to help increase flexibility pre- or post- workout. This
massage is an integration of Deep Tissue, Swedish and stretching techniques to help
target specific muscle groups. It is a great warm-up to any workout and an excellent
way to flush out post- workout toxins.
Prenatal Massage
This therapeutic massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her
body goes through dramatic changes. Benefits of prenatal massage will include
relieving headaches and sinus congestion, backaches, leg cramps, swollen ankles and
sciatic pain. Can only be booked after first trimester.
Craniosacral Therapy
This light, gentle therapy works the bones and underlying membranes of the skull to
improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
Starr Ottlinger is our nationally certified massage therapist. Starr has over 700 hours
of professional training and over 10 year of hands on experience. All clients are
required to complete a personal assessment. With the help of the personal
assessment, Starr can target your individual areas of concern and customize your

SALT GLOW (allow 45 min.)
This treatment gently exfoliates your
body leaving you with silky smooth
skin. Dead Sea mineral salts are
combined with aromatherapy oils for a
truly invigoration and sensory
experience. Next, the salts are
removed with steamy towels and a
rich cream is applied leaving you
completely hydrated. We recommend
having a salt glow before your spray
tan. Your tan will last much longer.

THAI HERBAL WRAP (allow 60 min.)
Warm oils are massaged into the skin,
then a mixture of exotic, aromatic
Thai herbs and spices are sprinkled
over the oil. You will then we wrapped
up in warm linens for 30 delightful
minutes to allow the herbs to do their
job of detoxifying the skin. After the
herbs are removed with steamy
towels, a rich cream is applies leaving
you completely hydrated. $70.00
SEA MUD WRAP (allow 90 min.)
Slimming and detoxifying, this wrap has a toning affect and can even reduce inches.
Rich in minerals, Sea Mud helps to rid the body of toxins and excess fluids. A series of
6 wraps are recommended for maximum cellulite reduction. $80.00
